Statue décorative

The idea for this statuette is very nice only the work was executed with negligence and this is very upsetting as the item is pretty pricy. My statuette has some white spots on the face. I am thinking to return it as it is is unacceptable to have this problem for an item so pricy. I noticed the items from China are low quality. I had this experience before but finally I think I learned the lesson and never buy anything from China again.
