Housse de coussin et insert

NOT FEATHER!!! I was looking for a lumbar support pillow that was feather-filled because the cheaper polyester support pillows are too firm for my needs. (I need a pillow I can use rather than a merely decorative pillow.) I was excited for this pillow since it was described as having a feather fill and seemed that it would fit my decor. I waited patiently for it to arrive only to discover, upon arrival, that it's a polyester fill. (It is miserably hard so I unzipped the cover and confirmed that with the label.) It's an attractive pillow but the decription is inaccurate. I'm now trying to figure out how to return without being charged an exorbitant fee, since relying upon an inaccurate description is not my fault. I'm very disappointed. My advice to others: If you don't care about the fill of the pillow, this pillow is a nice choice, but you should know that you are not getting a feather pillow for your money.
