This warm-up throw sounded good as it covers back of neck and shoulders. However, it is very heavy and uncomfortable. After trying it a couple of times, I gave it away.

Great option to heat or cold therapy. I do wish the beads would stay in each pocket, but is easy to rebalance the beads for equal weight. Feels good on the shoulders and not too much weight.
