I really like these. I got them hoping they would match burnt-orange trim in the room; they do, and the earthy colors are perfect for the room. They require assembly; you put the pictures in the frames. It is simple to do.. The fronts are acrylic. I have them in various places throughout the room rather than all together in one spot, and I think it adds an element of cohesion to the decor. I like the modern pictures of this set.
