I am still baffled by my experience with this item—the item arrived printed horizontally on the canvas. It clearly states 20”H x 16”W, but it was printed 16”H x 20”W. Customer service sent not one, but TWO replacements that were exactly the same. I see photos from other reviews that show people received the correct item, but for some reason they couldn’t manage to send me the vertical print. I’m bummed because I was excited. All I got out of this purchase was three trips to FedEx to return their wrong items, 2 hours of lost time communicating with customer service, and a refund. I never received the correct item (

This is perfect in my master bathroom! I love it and have gotten several compliments on it! I only wish it had Virginia written somewhere at the bottom since thats my name! Lol
