Summary: These are designed for 8x10'' prints, not 11x14 prints. The quality sufficient for most home uses, but not for pro photographers showcasing their work. I ordered 7 of these. Overall the quality is okay almost acceptable considering the low price point, and the coloring of the natural and the lighter walnut (w63) is a bit lighter than the stock photos, which I prefer. The listing could certainly use some better product photography. The item description needs lots of updating. it says "Interior Frame 14'' H x 11'' W" which is incorrect. I bought a bunch of these and had my 11x14'' prints ready to frame only to find out that I was mislead. The frames are actually designed to fit 8x10'' photos, with a 1/4'' total overlap in each direction. For those looking for exact, real dimensions: Outside frame dimensions: 14 3/8'' x 11 3/8'' Inside frame dimensions: 13 1/2'' x 10 3/8'' Inside matte dimensions: 9 3/4'' x 7 3/4'' Quality of frame: The backing is fiber board or MDF, not metal as listed. (I can see why they said metal, as yes, the hardware is metal). It can be hung both in landscape and in portrait. Quality of glass: Out of the 7 frames, only one had a crack in it. Quality of frames: Hit or miss. Not too many imperfections along the edges but about half of the corners were misaligned which becomes obvious when you aren't using real wood. Quality of mattes: okay, a few had some minor creases Quality of hardware: fantastic! Spring loaded clips were easy to open and close compared to low quality "friction" type flat sliders. The frame has held up for a couple years, but its pretty obvious that its not made of real wood.
