Horrible experience for a first time Wayfair purchase! I will not be back. The size in the drop down menu is NOT the size you will receive. I ordered the 40” x 30” and received a 16” x 20”. After calling and speaking with a Wayfiar rep, I was promised they would make it right and that they were sending out the correct 40” x 30” print. However, I received the exact same size as the first shipment. I called again and the rep said I would have to go up a size in the drop down menu to get a bigger size, however it would still be a smaller size originally ordered. I let her know that I did not want a smaller size, and since they could not provide the product I ordered, I wanted a refund. She set up the refund and emailed me the return labels for both the incorrect prints that I had received. SHOCKINGLY Wayfair charged me for the return shipping on a product that they had falsely advertised the size of. What a SCAM!!! As this was my first purchase from this company. I must say, I will NEVER order from you again.
