Perfect to keep the sun out, but the roller chain is a real pain. I wish this had come with a motorised option, but this was the only option to fit these particular windows. I appreciate the safety feature for the chain, but it made it impossible to install on certain windows without removing the protective plastic for the chain. Now the chain just has to hang at the side which looks unkempt.

Love these shades! I’m giving them 4 stars because out of the four shades that were purchased, two of the bottom rails came off. However, the linen-look is stunning and was exactly what I was looking for. Very classy!

The quality of this shade seems quite good and was easy to install. I installed the shade on a patio door and I found this causes an issue because the chain child guard used covers most of the chain making it difficult to raise and lower the shade.
