The product itself looks good but I order the one which was a set of 2 and only 1 arrived - product is set of 2 so quantity is 1 but then only 1 of the 2 got put in the box. There is no way on returns to ask to just send the remaining item I have to have the whole order resent and return the other one when I could have just been sent the missing item. And offering 25% refund if I keep it is not reasonable when it was a set of 2.
