We have not yet installed the blinds, but they look great. We had FANTASTIC customer service from Wayfair. FedEx was not going to deliver to our home and said they had to ship the blinds back to Wayfair and then Wayfair would have to then re-send the blinds. We called Wayfair who called FedEx and Wayfair straightened the whole issue out and we got our blinds the next day. We were extremely happy with Wayfair and their service.
