after receiving the wrong item the replacement arrived - correct this time. Response to error was prompt and helpful As I mentioned to the representative, the first item had a strong odor - as does the correct item. I have a blue one from the same company that does not have this odor. It is hard to describe - chemically - petroleum products type odooor. I love the blanket so I have washed it three times - even used "POOF" the odor ridding product and have left it outside to air it out. Still smells. unusual - sometimes an item has an odor from dyes or manufacturing which can be washed out - not this one! When you enter the room it is in the odor is intense! So very disappointed.

This throw is two pieces of material, paper thin, lap stitching. No lining. It is a shawl. Would not recommend.

The colors in this throw are true to the picture. It is a lovely addition to the master bedroom.
