The wreath is charming enough but about 2 dozen berries had fallen off in the bag before I touched it, and they almost rained off despite very careful handling after that. They were shipped in a sturdy plastic bag in a large box and I am sure the rough handling in shipping started the process. They were stuck onto very slender real twigs or fine (brittle) wire ones—I did not even dare to poke at it enough to find out. I added the ribbon and white sprays, very gingerly. Maybe I can glue the broken twigs. I saved the berries in case I feel ambitious enough to reattach them, but I am sure most or all will of the others will fall off if I try.

Having received a damaged product, and having spent more than an hour on a chat to resolve the problem, only to find that the resolution was negated the next day by phone, I've learned from my experience that Wayfair sells damaged/used products and does not honor what they said would be done. The small 14" wreath is beautiful, but more than 75 berries were already at the bottom of its 10" x 10" x10" box when it arrived. Any effort to straighten out the curled branches resulted in more berries falling. If hung on a moving door, these blue plastic ball bearings would create a fall risk to anyone crossing the threshold. As the paying customer who now has to drive a distance to return the damaged product so that Wayfair can either throw it out or re-sell it, I (unfortunately) know where not to shop in the future.
