Décoration murale père Noël en bois

I ordered 2 of the Lighten Wooden Santa Wall Decors, one as a gift and one for myself. They were shipped separately. The first one arrived with a little damage to the bottom 2 corners which I figured I could just "touch up" myself and keep as the one for me. The second one came in much worse condition. Three of the corners are damaged, the plastic cover for the batteries is cracked to almost the point of breaking off completely, there is a 2.5 inch drizzle of white paint across one section of the picture, a strange colour blemish in the picture on the other side and I realize that the wood is supposed to be a little "rustic", but the wood on this one should never have passed inspection. I plan on gifting the less damaged one and after pulling out my paint set and gorilla tape I cosmetically fixed the second one as best that I could. They were expensive especially compared to the US offering for the same product, but I took a chance because I thought the item looked very cute. I do not plan on ever ordering from this manufacturer (The Holiday Aisle) again no matter how cute the product looks. For the price ($90.39 CAD EACH including HST), I expected a much better quality product. Unfortunately I was too quick to try to repair all the damage and did not take any before photos.
