This is my 2nd year with this garland. The lights are bright near the battery box and fade to nothing along the strand. The batteries are fresh.

When people say the battery back is large…they are not lying. Not blown away by it but it’s growing on me. Have it around a large mirror in our bedroom. Like that it has a remote but the battery back is beyond large!
