The one star is due to the size. I specifically bought this for the size. It states the height is 20" measuring from the top to the dangling portion ( the longest point) mine is 16". The quality however is very nice and it looks amazing.

This is a great looking light for Goth/Halloween. The cord is a bit short for my placement and will re-wire it, for my needs. It is resin and very fragile. So, be careful with handling it. If they where not so pricy, I would get more.
