SOOO difficult to put together! I ended up returning it. I am pretty handy and this thing was just too much for me!

Product did not work for my garland. Evidently, its heavier than 20 lbs. I also felt the product required additional support in the middle and along the support bar. It appeared to be well-made otherwise. It requires 2 people to hang.
