the first wreath came damaged with a hydrangea broken. A second wreath was sent very quickly to replace it, just like the first wreath the box had suffered quite a few bumps and the flowers had to be retouched but there was no hook. By then I just decided to fix that myself and get a wire. Its unfortunate that the packages are so mishandled as both wreaths were gorgeous but now in the condition that you would expect with its price tag.
