Returned, same item number totally different material from previous orders

I ordered this curtain panel and instead of the curtain, a box of Rubbermaid containers showed up. When I contacted Wayfair, I was told that the curtain was now out of stock and in order to get a refund, I had to send back the item that was sent to me by mistake by Wayfair and wait to have that processed and then in 3-5 business days I could get my refund … for the curtain I never received. Unreal. Wayfair customer service has gone wildly downhill in the last 5-7 years and I’m shocked any company uses their platform to sell their goods.
