Just received a replacement mirror after the first one arrived in broken pieces in the package it came in. The 2nd one although it wasn’t shattered like the first it was so thinly made it chipped in three areas before and during installation. I am so very disappointed with my purchase.

I had a mishap on my initial order, it was damaged by FedEx. Wayfair was notified and quickly sent a replacement. It finished off my guest bath beautifully! I love the finished look.

So completely disappointed with this purchase. I purchased the 60” by 31” mirror for a bathroom remodel. The mirror arrived with brass brackets which the description on the website says that it comes with Chrome brackets. I contacted online customer service and ordered chrome brackets. Not feeling comfortable that my request for the correct brackets would be fulfilled, I called to speak with a customer service representative that assured me I would be sent chrome brackets. My mirror sat in its shipping package another week. The brackets arrived and they were once again brass. I had to contact customer service for a second, yes, that’s right, a second time. So once again the mirror sat in my bedroom in its packaging for another week because Wayfair would not accommodate faster shipping. Finally our chrome brackets arrived and it was like Christmas. We were so excited to hang our new mirror until we realized that one of the corners of the mirror has a defect. I am so saddened by the quality of this mirror. I wanted to love it and gave it multiple chances and it just kept disappointing. Probably won’t be purchasing from Wayfair anytime soon.
