«Thicket Of Trees I», peinture sur toile 3 pièces

Very disappointed in the quality of both the pictures themselves and the frames. Also very disappointed with Wayfair's handling of this order. I tried to return it, because of the poor quality. At first, I was told that the pictures were not returnable and on clearance, according to Wayfair's system. However, nowhere on the Wayfair's website was it stated that they were clearance items or that they were non returnable/refundable. Even the custom service representative didn't think that was right, but said it was out of his hands. It seems like a clear case of false advertising/misrepresentation to me, since the website had no mention of these conditions. I asked to speak to a manager, who found that I had written that I wanted to return these items because of poor quality, before speaking with customer service. Because of that, she allowed the return. How can a company have a system that does not advertise the fact that an item is a nonreturnable clearance item, but according to their system it is and you can't get your $100+ back? Isn't that false advertising? I'm very grateful that I was able to get my money back, but very disappointed in Wayfair. I

Love the pictures but did not like the acrylic. Had the acrylic changed out to glass and like much better. Of course had to pay additional costs.

Thought these were going to come framed with glass, guess because of the picture. the prints were fine and the black frame looks good with them, but kinda cheap looking. I wouldn't order them again.

The frame literally fell apart in my hands when I went to remove the packaging. Wayfarer is going to replace the set so I’ll let you know when they arrive. By the way the actual pictures are lovely.

Very nice set. They do have plexi instead of glass, but you can't tell.
