According to the answers this is a wooden clock with glass but its cheaply made plastic clock which is veryyyy i er priced i need to return this

According to the description when I ordered this, I was purchasing a wooden clock (main material) with a glass face. What I got was a plastic clock with a plastic face. The "craft paper" wrapping that it came wrapped in even said "fragile - Glass". The description along the side talks all about Italy, etc...not that I expected something from Italy but why do that when in fact the box clearly states "made in China". I have tried and tried to get a refund for my purchase but they refuse and only are giving me store credit. Maybe I ought to post my video and really let people see what they are getting. Seriously? Save your money, headaches and aggravation and shop elsewhere.
