Rods were just as described. Wanted to buy a brand that I had previously installed in our spare bedroom but the sizes I needed were sold out. I bought these instead and my husband said these were much better quality. Pretty easy installation (however hubby is a pro at it). They go great with my Wayfair blackout curtains. Love how the curtains hug the wall.
