Hi - i order the same candle TWICE as the first one arrive in a large box, not wrapping and in pieces. I returned it, reordered another one and guess what, it arrived in a smaller box, no wrapping and in more pieces? So why bother ordering items if it is broken upon arrival.... it is a hazzle to return and a disappointment with items arrive in pieces.
