UPDATEThe poster itself is very pretty. However, the frame has a chip and a crack in the bottom piece from careless shipping. The box also had a large dent in the same side, and the top corner of the frame is dinged. I sent photos and talked to customer service. They're sending a new frame, which I hope we can install ourselves. In the meantime we camouflaged the crack with a black marker, but you can still see it. UPDATED: The item, which was damaged during shipment, was never replaced after several months. I finally spoke to a very nice human being at Wayfair who promptly arranged for a refund. The replacement frame was not available, so we are waiting for another entire poster. We do not have to send back the damaged item. The replacement is back-ordered. I will give the damaged item to a friend who likes the poster. Upon examining the item I realized it is not worth the price: There is no glass, just cheap plastic, over the poster. I'd take back a star if I could. Not Wayfair's usual quality.
