Très grande horloge murale 36 po Hrutkay

No instructions to assemble. Clock hands wouldn’t stay attached to clock!! I am embarrassed as I am a decorator and I purchased for a good client. I have ordered in the past for clients, from Wayfair and it is such a disappointment. It is hung and the “hands” just fall together. How do I return this

Perfect modern farmhouse style for my trimmed out wall. The clock is wrought hands, and a real piece of stained wood. The clock hands are flimsy and were bent in shipping but we were able to bend them straight. The hands are a shiny type of metal and bronze in color…and surprisingly work well with the overall design. I found another clock online that I preferred but no way I was going to spend $700. This is a great cheap alternative. Stage craft folks. It gets the job done. Been up for 24 hours and still keeping time. One AA battery.

Great quality and a beautiful piece!!!!

I went with this clock for the look of it. Perfect rustic meets modern look. But it has some definite flaws. First of all the hands on this clock are not solid black like the ones in the picture. It also arrived with the hands all bent and kept getting caught on each other. I tried bending them back but then they were getting stuck on the piece of wood. They are so flimsy it is quite difficult adjusting them to the correct time. I doubt this will stay accurate but I suppose time will tell. Also, the metal has some sharp pieces, not a big deal because I won’t be touching it much but while hanging it, I cut my hand on a sharp piece. It’s also supposed to be silent but it’s not. Still deciding if I am going to return it. Pretty disappointed for the amount of money spent on it.

Beautiful and came as pictured; however, the battery and time mechanism are quite finicky. I cannot get it stay on time despite my best efforts. Starts and stops, randomly.
