The painting is beautiful and looks as advertised. Unfortunately there is a scratch of about 3" in one of the corners, probably due to shipping, but it was not worth the hassle of exchanging it.

originally i got this piece for for the spare bedroom, but it ended up being moved to the living room - above a short bookcase and between two taller ones - it gets much better light there - which was much needed because you really couldn't sea all the subtle differences on color before. . . the received painting was a bit darker than pictured, but I still love it and would recommend it to anyone with similar tastes.
