The product came beautifully packaged. The unit was smaller than I expected. However, I’ve had it plugged up with the USB that came with the unit and it doesn’t work. It makes a noise then beeps then shuts off.

Pretty bad. Sent what looks to be abused or returned product and it does not work. Form what I did smell when opening, scent was not that great. Took a while to ship too. I wouldn’t waste your time or money.

I am so happy with my beautiful diffuser, it is more beautiful than pictured and it works perfectly. It makes my room smell so fresh. I love the fact that it has settings that you can control when to diffuse.

I was really looking forward to receiving this, but delivery was pretty slow. I unboxed it right away and first, was surprised that it come with a very short charging cord. I chose to use a longer cord so that I could hang it higher on the wall, and then realized that the included hanger slides into a slot that covers the charging slot. So, you have to remove the diffuser from the hanger to charge it. Speaking of the hanger...the adhesive does not hold on a wall that is only slightly textured. The whole unit fell off the wall from about 6 up. The good news is that it didnt break. So, I used the same hanger but applied a different adhesive strip. I charged it while I waited a day before putting the unit back up. You have the option of 3 settings. You can set it to wait 5, 15, or 30 minutes between dispensing the fragrance. It come with its own bottle that screws into the unit. There is an absorbent rod that takes up the fragrance. Im not sure how long the bottle will last, but refilling it should be easy. The incuded fragrance is very light, so I will replace it with something stronger once its gone. So far, the charge is holding well, but I have decreased the intervals from 30 to 15 minutes. Despite the rocky start, I think the unit will do what I want it to do...freshen the air in my hallway.

This doesn't really plug into the wall, it has a USB cord. A regular plug would have been so much better. I fully charged it and I can barely smell the scent coming from the unit. One very positive comment is that the product is beautifully boxed.
