Baislee Matte Picture Frame - Set of 3 with Mat (Set of 3)

The frames are just ok, but the packaging and delivery is HORRIBLE. I have ordered these frames 2 times, and both times the frames come with broken glass. The first order had one with damaged glass, and Wayfair replaced the one frame with no issue. The second time I ordered the set of three frames, again, one was damaged. When I reached out to Wayfair to replace the damaged one, they sent me a whole new order of three frames. They were delivered with damages - TWO broken glass. I didn't even want a whole new order, I just wanted the broken one replaced - even sent pictures. Very annoying customer service. Not happy at all with the product or the service. Will not be ordering from Wayfair again.

These are great quality! One arrived with a crack in the glass and wayfair shipped a replacement immediately!
