I loved the frames but you really have to rethink your packaging. When I received the frames, 1 out of 3 came with the glass completely shattered so I was sent a replacement and was told to send the others back. I waited for the replacement frames to arrive before sending anything back and I was right to wait, because 2 out of 3 came with the glass broken. So, out of the 2 boxes there were 3 unbroken and 3 broken. So thankfully I waited, otherwise I would’ve been left with 2 broken out of 3.

They say plastic and it really does make a difference. If you can afford to purchase more expensive frames with glass, i would recommend. You can tell they are plastic from a distance because of the distortion.

Love the frames! But one of the plexiglass pieces was cracked, so had to rebox and return for a replacement. Kind of a hassle since had to return all 3 frames and they were large.
