I’ve sent over my disappointment with my order many times and even with the help of customer service and their assistance or shall I say attempt to solve the issue I’m still stuck with broken items that I have to pay for. I’m not sure what to do next. I was planning to purchase more items but pressed pause for this is not the first time I’ve received damage items and did not complain about. I have pictures and videos which I’ve sent over.
