It is still in the packaging as it is not going to be installed until next week. However what we can see looks great. The only disappointment is that I was originally told by your customer service that the silver was shiny chrome ( which I wanted to match other items), So I ordered it. I had asked another customer chat rep about the weight and again about the silver. When the answer was finally received later, it was that the chrome was a brushed nickel. Very disappointing since I had already ordered and spent a good deal of money for this mirror.
