Beautiful mirror. Looks as pictured. Purchased the dark walnut option for our master bath remodel. Arrived on time via a local moving/shipping company (due to size) and was packaged well to prevent damage during shipping. It is important to inspect items delivered this way before the delivery people leave. If there is damage, you should refuse delivery. My item was in perfect condition! Ordered 5/28/17 with estimated ship date of 6/7 and delivery date of 6/22. Actual ship date was 6/1 and delivery was 6/19. The mounting system for this is a metal cleat (hangman type). There are four such cleats -- two along the long edge if want to hang as pictured in "landscape orientation" above a vanity and two along the short edge if you want to hang as a dressing mirror in "portrait orientation." The metal cleat attached to the back are about 2-3" long and fastened to the frame with 2 screws. Wall anchors with screws are also supplied. The idea is that the cleat on the back of the mirror would rest on top of the anchored screws you put in your wall. Our contractor was worried that the mirror could eventually slide off these screws and mounted this using a matching cleat he had in his shop to create a metal French Cleat system. This approach is worth considering and the additional hardware is not expensive - your could possibly use the other two cleats on the back of the mirror for this purpose by detaching from the mirror and attaching on your wall. In the photo shown, we are still awaiting crown molding, wall and trim paint, towel rings, and shower glass -- yet you can see the mirror works well with the slightly darker base cabinet (previously golden oak and re-stained darker).
