This is a beautiful pillow! Perfect for this Christmas season. The insert came flattened in a vacuum sealed bag, and fluffed out a little more after being out for a while, and is super comfy. The pillow case is made well is super soft fabric.

Pillow cover is just like the picture. Soft velvet and a dark emerald color. The insert that came with the cover was not the correct size so I used an extra throw pillow I had.

I love this pillow! The texture is so soft. The bumped up lines look great but are not uncomfortable when I rest against the pillow. I appreciate that the cover and the insert were both sold together, so I knew I was getting the right size. The pillow came vacuum sealed in a thin flat package. Once you open it, fluff it for a couple minutes, and youre good to go.
