Yes exactly as described. Good quality blackout material used which will also help with reducing the heat in the bedroom for my little girl. Love the pattern of the rainbows, bright but not tacky, blend of colors used is really complimentary. Didn’t realize that it was only one panel included so once the tried and true is complete I will order another panel so I can get the drapes fitted up on a nice white wooden pole to complete the look in her room. Very nice and impressed with the finish.
