This is perfect for our guestroom with its new terracotta wall color. I always try to buy originals, but this is a very nice substitute for an original. There is some texture to the paints on the canvas, and the frame was well constructed. I wanted a scene that was very soothing to the person waking up in the bed facing the opposite wall, a "window" to the seashore, and this painting does the job!

the colors are not as they seem online, esp. the green in the picture. I called to return the picture and was told I needed to send a picture of the art in order to receive the return paid label. The reason was that it would help them better depict items online for other customers. This is a big, heavy picture which we had already packaged and secured for return. The extent this was requested was ridiculous.
