Peace and Calm III - Peinture encadrée

This print looked beautiful online and the feel/colors/size were perfect for my room. Before purchasing, zoom in and look at the poor production quality in the blue section of the painting -- there's a straight line that looks like "paint" stopped and re-started 10" from left side of print and then bottom right corner has strange absence of color - both of which look like production errors rather than design intent. To add to the disappointment, Wayfair is deducting $15-18 from my refund for return shipping. I'd be ok with that if I just changed my mind, but I feel like this is a quality issue that should have been handled at no additional cost to me, especially in a world where most returns are free of charge regardless of reason.
