Statue sculptured

This statue has misinformation in the ad on Perigold's website. The specifications indicate the statue weighs 20 lbs. It weighs just shy of 1 lb. I did make Perigold aware of this, and I got the impression they would be working with Wayfair to correct the ad. There's a big difference in quality between a 14oz weight and 20 lb weight!

Very elegant ! Exactly what I wanted

It looked nice in the site but came chipped. The black stand is a very flimsy material, paint chipped. I colored it in. Returns are a hassle so I might throw it away. For the price it should not have had paint chipped.

Damaged in two places so the product was returned and a full refund issued. This item should never have left the warehouse given the obvious damage so I have to question the quality control that clearly doesn't exist. Also, it isn't obvious how you return a faulty item so that needs to be addressed on the website. The item being actually faulty wasn't one of the six options listed. I had to initiate a conversation in chat. Nowhere does it say that this is the process. Don't make it so hard for a faulty item to be returned. Show more respect for customers!
