The item took forever to ship even though I paid for expedited shipping. ( I was promised shipping charges would be refunded that never happened.) The dogs left ear came bent and fell off the dog. The dog bone was bent I was able to get it straightened out. I will have think twice before purchasing from Wayfair again. Rev. Mr. Michael Montoya
