They sent a picture of a bear instead of the picture I wanted, which I didn't notice because it arrived as I was moving to a new house. So far no luck with customer service.

I really like this picture. However, it wasn’t ready for hanging. It came with the hardware, but I had to attach hardware to frame. The other issue, there was a few paper shavings under plexiglass in 2 of the corners. I did decide to keep framed print.
