This item was broken & the pkg with the Styrofoam was a mess & was previously opened. Styrofoam was cut & they pkg was a mess. I called to return this item. She told me to get the full refund, I had to repack the item and print the return label. I told her I was not going to use the Styrofoam it was a mess all over my office. I think I should have received a full refund without the hassle of trying to pack & return a broken item. Not happy about that.
