I really love the Artist’s work, but I feel that I was cheated out of my money as a Customer the way the picture presentation on the website is misleading, and that is NOT how the picture they sent to me actually looks. This is what I am talking about: I received a picture with so called Gallery framing, only the way they did that Gallery framing is a lazy way, it misrepresents the Artists, and it also cheats the Customers who decide to buy this product. On the website, the image of this painting shows that the sides of the picture are covering the frame and colored to look as a flawless continuation of the picture – that is what the web site presentation of the picture appetizers, and that is what I paid for. However, the product I received looks different from the website image – they used the PAINTING itself to go over the frame, and that distorted the proportions of the image. That is not what I paid for. Again, I love the Artist’s work, but the way it was sold to me is very disappointing. I am keeping the picture because I love the colors set; however, I am 100% sure I will replace these couple pictures I bought as soon as I can because of that not thought through framing technique made them look like the Artist is not very good with scaling and composing, it looks like the image does not have enough space on the canvas and goes over the edge, it looks immature. What I ordered and paid for looked like a very nice painting. What I received for my money looks like an ok wallpaper. I am very disappointed with those people who printed the images – did you, guys, try to save a cent or was it just a sloppy job?
