This is not what I expected. It did not easily apply to the wall. As you can see, the last name didn’t adhere and the word family never came off of the transfer paper. I thought that this would have been a nice addition to the hallway leading down to the finished basement. However, it did not work out. I would not recommend this item.

I had a hard time getting this done on the wall so I had it put on glass in case I ever want to move it. I love being family oriented and I think this is the perfect touch to our new home. You may need someone else to do it for you just to make sure it’s even.

I was extremely disappointed in this piece. The directions are poorly written and applying the decal was cumbersome. The adhesive didn't stick well and I ripped the decal during application. The final look after all the challenges of applying, left more to be desired. All around let down.

It was easy to stick to the mirror. We left out the est. because we are using it to commemorate our moving into our house not our anniversary. It was easy to omit letters also. Looks a little dark for etching but still looks nice.

When I first saw this I thought it was the mirror with the sticker on it as it shows in the picture. When I received it there was the stickerdecal. However Ive always wanted to try the decal wall art and this was pretty neat and pretty easy to do! We made sure everything was centered before taking the backing off to expose the sticker. Make sure you use a plastic card (credit card will work) to rub over the outside to make sure it sticks to the surface. If you do not get it rubbed on well enough it will tear some of the lettering. Mine is supposed to have family at the end but part of the a and y didnt do right so I had to cut that part off. This still turned out great on our wall with our wedding picture under it.
