We ordered this in the 24"x36" size and obtained a frame for it to go into. What we received measured 30"x40", a size that isn't even offered by this seller. We called Wayfair, were told to keep the incorrect size canvas print, and that a replacement would be sent. It arrived today, and it too measures 30"x40"! As Wayfair couldn't guarantee that another replacement would be the 24"x36" that we ordered, a return label was sent and a Fedex pickup was arranged. No idea why the seller (in China, we assume) can't send is what we bought and kept sending the stretched print in a size that isn't even offered in their store.
