This framed canvas first arrived about 3 weeks ago and was very damaged in shipping. The package was crushed and the frame was completely broken in half and the picture had fallen out of the frame. I contacted Wayfair and to resolve the problem they were going to ship me a new frame. A few days later I received an email that they were sending a whole new picture and to keep the original and do with it as I pleased. Very satisfactory customer service. The second picture took about two weeks to arrived. The package looked perfect but when opened the picture had slipped out of the frame from the back because the clips just were not functioning sufficiently to hold such a large mat in place. It was actually and easy fix and nothing was damaged, but wanted to note this in the review. The picture itself is beautiful and could represent any 3 little girls as the faces don't show. We have 3 grand-daughters that are sisters, so this is a sweet scene to us. The frame is very pretty and all is well. The four review would have been a five if all had arrived well from the start.
