I received a product that does not work. Contacted support was told it was being corrected... replacements issued. I have received nothing. No item, no parts, and no refund. I do not want to leave negative feedback. I want this product in working condition or refunded.

The throw is absolutely beautiful, and both sides are incredibly soft and fluffy. There are a lot of places that it's available, but Wayfair is a way lower price than anywhere else.

I purchased this heating throw just before Christmas for a present for my sister . She didnt get the gift til the middle of January. She said it started blinking an the lights on the hand control would shut off. She had to unplug it in order to get it to turn back on. It has gotten worse where it will do this after 20 minutes of being on, so it doesn't last long. She was very disappointed in this product. On 3/12/24, I decided to call customer service although she was very nice an courteous. The computer system was updating an all she said to do was try to reach out to the manufacture. Gave this as a gift, and it didn't disappoint! My mom loves it and uses it throughout the winter. Her cat probably loves it the most.

Longer than most, nice and soft. Stitching not trimmed off. Plugged it in, it got warm, turned off, lights flashing. This is right out of the box. Can not turn off or back on, just flashing lights. Unplugged it and plugged it back in, turned back on, again got warm, (not hot warm), flashing lights. Sending it back.

Great color. Soft and comfortable blanket. Big enough to cover your entire body. Easy to adjust settings and very warming!

Overall great blanket to keep you warm, my only problem was the placement of the plug in and the design of the cord.
