Yes, I read the reviews and figured the Wayfair team reads reviews and initiates corrective action for quality/ continuous improvement, but even after damaged shipments of this table vase (old reviews) I too received damaged goods. Very poor packaging from manufacturer and Wayfair! On a positive note, if these are available without damage, they are quite nice! Note, the crack runs from the base to the mid section and is all the way through the vase

The first time this came it was broken. I noticed other reviews saying the same thing. I contacted Wayfair, sent in pics of the broken one and they replaced it. I WAS going to throw the broken one away but my daughter does staging so I glued it to see if it could be used for that. It turned out good enough to use. We figured if it broke anytime they were moving from one house job to the next, no loss. It's beautiful and a very nice size.

Order arrived in pieces, twice Carton is very thin and decomposing. No inner packaging Its just a pottery vase taped inside a carton. Needs to be cartoned better prior to shipping from China. Very nice looking piece so I am willing to try a 3rd time.

Arrived in pieces. Was shipped in a cardboard box with no bubble wrap. Have to go through Wayfair’s “executive resolution” because I’ve been sent poorly packaged, broken items multiple times. All around annoying.

Very well made and just gorgeous
