I absolutely love it in my space.

I received the item just like this. Wayfair is becoming a horrible company. I notified them immediately to let them know how I received it. Clearly you don’t need glasses to see. I asked for a replacement because obviously I wanted it that’s why I purchased it. They told me that they need to review it first and yes I sent them pics. It took them 2 full days to review these pictures and then told me I have to mail it back and they aren’t sending out a replacement. They will refund the money back after they receive the broken item then I can repurchase it if I want it. How disgusting and rude. They do this so if you re order you will need to pay shipping. Also I’m disabled which is why I always purchase online. Now I’m forced to find gas and time to return something I didn’t damaged or break. Why not send FedEx or whoever to my house to pick it up, why is it my responsibility? Also wayfair will intentionally send you damaged items and offer you 10% to keep it and 10% can’t do anything. They know some people can’t handle doing returns all the time especially if you are disabled so they force you to do it. They will intentionally send you damage items and when you complain too much they flag your account for it and make it difficult for you to get help. So please be careful ordering from this company. They will tell you that you have to wait for the resolution team which is BS because the damage is clearly in their face.
