Not at all what it looks like in the picture. It arrived completely flat in a shrink wrap package. I expected to open it and it would pop up to the appropriate size but it has almost been 24 hours and has yet to "fluff" up. I put a regular pillow underneath to give me an idea of how it may work if it wasn't flat and I believe it may be a good thing, however, there were no instructions or advice given in the packaging so who knows how long it may take to look like the picture. The little pillow looks like it would be attached but it's not. The space for your arm is not as defined as the picture either. I slid off of the wedge multiple times during the night so that was annoying. All that being said, my snoring was greatly reduced according to my app which was encouraging. I just wish it didn't look like it's been slept on for 10 years already. It was not cheap! I will be returning it if it's still flat when I get home from work tonight.

Terrible! The pillow does NOT match the pictures! The armshoulder channel barely exists. The pillow is not at all what it looks like in the pic.

Interesting. We’ll see if it works! Multiple surgeries, including cervical fusion. Bone on bone shoulder joint. Good test.

Did not come with instructions but because it was totally flat when I opened I placed in warm location for 36 hours to bring its shape back. I do not feel that it shaped back up like in the pictures at all. Very disappointed

I am very disappointed in this pillow. It’s a good concept, but poorly executed. The angle is too steep, it is too tall, and the cut out for the arm isn’t deep enough. It also feels very hard after laying on it for a while

doesn't work for me and is a pain to deal with both pillows. needs a pillowcase of some type to hold it together.

Unfortunately it hasn’t helped my shoulders. It didn’t relieve the pressure on my shoulders.

I would like it much better if the smaller pillow had Velcro to it in place

It is stiff uncomfortable does not ease shoulder/arm pain. It is now an expensive cat bed. Could not give it away.

The little pillow is a game changer. However I find it difficult to avoid sliding down past the functional arm trough. Still an improvement over the average pillow.
