I ordered two of these for above our vanities - they arrived in extremely protective packaging (cardboard box, Styrofoam, then crated!). Unfortunately our project is taking a little longer than expected, so we have not had the chance to install them yet - pending installation goes well and the product works as expected, ill update my rating to a 5 star!
