High Ion Vista Study I - Toile tendue avec châssis I

Very cheap print and cheap frame. It's basically a few pieces of wood spray painted gold. The whole thing is just stapled into the artwork so you can't use it for anything else. Probably easier to get one at a yard sale.

The only packaging in the box was cardboard on the corners, and surprisingly there was limited damage. The corners of the frame were damaged, likely before it was shipped as the box had no damage. Rather than deal with a return, I just covered it with black marker. The print is nice and unless you look close you might believe it does have actual brushstrokes. The print was straight and oriented correctly. I believe a brown frame would be a better option but that is not offered.

The "High Noon Vista Study I" canvas print is extremely attractive and the frame is a very nice soft shade of gold. All hardware for hanging is included. The order took some extra time to arrive but was packaged well and in perfect condition.

I've gotten some excellent canvases from Wayfair in the past, and thought this one would be a nice addition to the others. Unfortunately, the one I received had a damaged frame. (Though it was safely packed during shipping and had cardboard over the corners, the corner was still marred and missing finish; there were also a couple of other spots on the same side that were damaged and missing paint.) The picture itself looks good from a distance, but is pretty pixelated/blurry at the larger size. (I would guess the original artwork was probably 1/10th the size.) The colors are very pretty and calming though, so I think in a smaller size and better frame it could be worthwhile.
