Nice texture, sturdy vinyl wallpaper. The only problem is the metallic finish makes the finish more silver gray than the photo sample implies, and it doesn’t work with the room. I’m sadly returning it.

I ordered what I thought was the correct wallpaper to replace the beautiful paper we had in our home prior to Hurricane Helene destroying our entire first floor with salt water flooding. We were devastated but happy to have found what I thought was replacement paper. I ordered and put it immediately upon receiving the box, into our storage unit for protection. As we got close to moving back after a long 4 months in a crowded hotel room. When we finally got to the point we were ready to move back, To my sadness, I realized it was not the same and a completely different look. I called customer service and he told me there was nothing he could do as it was 10 days past return policy and I received what I ordered. . My head was a mess and do not wish this disaster on anyone. Our insurance company forced us to ordere and replace everything we had in order for them to consider payment, we were rushed to find this beautiful blue paper. I was so happy but beat myself up because it was not the same. I was so upset that not only did I screw up which I rarely do, but I never checked to see if I had ordered or received the correct wallpaper when I received it. I was just so happy to get it and put it away for protection. I cried and called wayfair immediately. Patrick was kind but less than helpful. He said there’s nothing he could do as it was 10 days past return policy but He offered 10 percent on next purchase. I cried thinking of the money I just threw away amidst what we already lost of our home. We had no insurance money as of yet. I wanted my home back. I thought I was doimg the right thing protecting things until it was time to put back, but in the whirlwind of the aftermath of a disaster, didn’t do things normally and check for mistakes or that I screwed up the order. My job was to keep life as normal for my kids when their home was destroyed. I guess I expected a little more compassion but understood there was nothing he could do. Please know,. I wasn’t asking for my money back. I cannot use this wallpaper and wished that something more than offering me 10 percent off my next purchase could have been done for me. I admitted my fault but this was an extenuating circumstance. I’m happy to say I did find the wallpaper and my family have since moved back into our beautiful Tampa home after a long 6 months. I will continue to shop at wayfair but you and your employees could have been more empathetic during a time that this area of the country seemed blown apart. I am a realistic person but I can assure you, I don’t wish a disaster or its recovery period, on anyone. I was 10 days late getting an exchange. I’m out nearly 900 dollars and only wish I could have applied that money toward something we needed amidst turmoil.

Great paper, easy to install, more silver detailing than the pictures show but on a large wall is not too busy

It is good, but it is a little bit different from the pictures shown here on the website!!
